About Ciara

From a young age I sensed there was something more to life that seemed to be just below the surface.  This led me on a journey through Science, Psychology (Eastern & Western), Psychotherapy / Counselling (Gestalt, Transpersonal & Buddhist based), and to exploring many forms of Healing and Transformation – both ancient and modern. As well as my studies, my passion led me to travel to many places where I connected with amazing people from many cultures –  Europe, Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, USA & Hawaii, India, Nepal, Tibet, Egypt, Mexico, Peru & Bolivia. I attended some amazing teachings/workshops along the way by Ger Lyons, Sogyal Rinpoche, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Venerable Lobsang Tendar, AlbertoVilloldo, The Q’eros of Peru, Carl Big Heart,  Amma, Soluntra King and many more.

This experiential journey led me to discover a deeper meaning to life, a life where we can tap into the Great Mystery and to a Universal Intelligence that pervades everything! I started to see that there is a Bigger Picture than the one we are conditioned to believe in. I also discovered the world that lies just below the surface within each one of us... a world bursting with potential and aliveness. The Divine spark that lies within us all, just waiting to be ignited, our own Unique Essence, our True Potential! Once awakened, we begin to live life in alignment with who we truly are, a vital piece in the tapestry of life!

My passion now is to facilitate others to connect with this deeper aspect of Self and of Life. I hold Qualifications in Science (BSc), Psychology (HDip), Counselling (Dip), various forms of Healing (Quantum Healing, Access Consciousness, Spiritual/Core & Cellular Healing, Family Constellations) and Shamanic training (Soul Retrieval, Munay Ki Peruvian Sacred Transmissions).

This comprehensive set of skills, understanding and tools, alongside my own natural healing gifts, allows me to facilitate a wide range of people in their own unique journies towards health, wholeness and evolution.

I am currently offering private and group sessions in Cork City and Crosshaven, Co. Cork, Ireland. I also run group workshops throughout Ireland, Slovenia and am available to travel on request.
